Warranty Refund & EXchanges

CANCEL

If you want to cancel your order or make any changes with it, please contact us at support@inscoolgifts.com within 24 hours from purchase. We’ll be able to edit that for you as long as the order isn't already in process yet. 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 60 days from purchase date. If 60 days have gone by, sadly we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

REFUND

We only refund items that are  defective or damaged . We will only process refund request once we receive a proof the item/s is being sent back to us.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, doesn't fit and parts are missing.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we suggest that you check your bank account first. If it's not there yet, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@inscoolgifts.com.

Please make sure to send us a proof of shipping once your returned item/s. Once it has been received and inspected, we'll notify you via email if it's approved or not. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.  It processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the order. Usually it will reflect 5-10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the  shipping costs for returning your item and it's non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details specially if you are shipping an item over $75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
